PRIMECAP Management, a 40-year stalwart of the mutual fund world and the team behind PRIMECAP (VPMCX), Capital Opportunity (VHCOX) and PRIMECAP Core (VPCCX), has filed to launch its first ETF: PRIMECAP Odyssey Discovery ETF.
