REFUND POLICY

We work hard to make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Every subscription starts with a free 30-day trial so you can decide whether we’re a good fit. You’re free to cancel at any point during the trial, and you won’t be charged—there’s nothing to refund because billing only begins once the trial ends.

We’ll also send a reminder email seven (7) days before every upcoming charge—your trial ending and each renewal—so nothing catches you off guard. While we make every effort to deliver those reminders, we can’t guarantee email delivery, and managing your subscription remains your responsibility.

Once a subscription charge has been processed, it’s non-refundable, including renewals. By continuing your subscription after the trial period, you’re confirming that you understand and agree to this.

You can cancel at any time. (Here is a how-to guide for cancelling.) If you do, you’ll continue to have full access for the rest of your current paid period, and then your account will automatically move to our free tier. Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t refund past ones.
